【Borsch Soup】
Overview
One food - I really struggled not to eat, so I just took a small bite. I didn't eat the fruit popsicles on the fourth day. I went to Baiyangdian on the weekend and got sick a few days ago. Or something. I was sweating like rain because I really had a splitting headache. I just let sleep heal me. Finally I got the answer - I was starving. Let's have some energy. Sweet and sour borscht to appetize. Eat it with the explosive toast baked the night before. Fill your stomach first and then think about whether to continue sleeping or eating popsicles. Cooking - I only have two ideas. Simple and delicious. I was lazy and stewed 2 pounds of beef brisket at one time and kept it for later. I usually don't add salt when I stew for the first time. I only estimate the increase or decrease in the types of dishes when I return to the pot. Borscht has an eclectic mix of ingredients. There are 4 basics (onions, celery, carrots, beef). You can add some mushrooms or leftovers at home

A Wash and blanch fresh beef brisket, wash and set aside
