Scallion-wrapped cypress is a traditional snack of the Han nationality in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. It is made of fried dough sticks wrapped in spring pancakes, green onions and sweet noodle sauce. Huiner is fried dough sticks. In Zhejiang dialect, its full name is fried juniper.
