Fried sea cucumber with asparagus and asparagus
Overview
I couldn’t insist on eating one sea cucumber every day, so I had several left, so I simply fried them!

Steps
-
Sea cucumbers are prepared in advance and fresh bamboo shoots are washed
-
Peel the roots of the asparagus (it will taste more tender this way) and cut into hob sections. Cut the sea cucumber into sections and set aside
-
Pour salad oil into a hot pan, the oil temperature is about 90 degrees, put the bamboo shoots into the pan and stir-fry
-
When the bamboo shoots change color and begin to break, add minced garlic
-
Add oyster sauce, seafood soy sauce, and sugar, continue to stir-fry, add a little hot water, close the lid, and simmer over low heat for one minute (in order to make the asparagus more flavorful and completely cut off)
-
Pour in the sea cucumber, turn to high heat and stir-fry for about two minutes, add chicken essence
-
Add a lid and simmer on low heat for one minute. Open the lid and turn on high heat to collect the juice. Remove from the pot and serve on a plate!
