Abalone stewed with potatoes
Overview
I always cook abalone with rice, but I feel that the method is too simple. I have also steamed it before, but I always feel that it is not enough. I looked through the refrigerator and steamed it and found the potatoes I bought yesterday. I might as well give it a try. The result is unexpectedly delicious! The abalone is filled with potato soup
