Wash the small potatoes and steam them in a steamer for ten minutes

After steaming, let cool and then peel off the skin (this process is quite painful! Peeling makes you anxious)

Pour oil into the pot and heat it to 70% to 80% heat. Add small potatoes and fry until golden brown. Remove and control the oil! !

It won’t take more than a few minutes to fry because the potatoes are already cooked!

Put the fried potatoes into a large bowl, add fried chili peppers, light soy sauce, cumin powder, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sesame oil, sugar, millet pepper, and mix well
