Thaw and wash chicken wing roots.

Cut a few cuts into the thicker part of the chicken wings.

Put the chicken wing roots into a bowl, add cooking wine, pepper, salt and oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Arrange the marinated chicken wings evenly in the Joyoung air fryer.

Set the fryer temperature to 200° and set the timer to 30 minutes.
