  1. Cut the carrots into small cubes and blanch them in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain. Cut the cucumber and ham into small cubes (I forgot to take a photo of the ham) and set aside.

  2. Steam the potatoes, peel them and mash them into a puree. Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them into small cubes.

  3. Mix all the ingredients, add salt, salad dressing, and mustard, mix well, and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to taste better.
