Cut the carrots into small cubes and blanch them in a pot of boiling water, remove and drain. Cut the cucumber and ham into small cubes (I forgot to take a photo of the ham) and set aside.

Steam the potatoes, peel them and mash them into a puree. Boil the eggs, peel them and cut them into small cubes.

Mix all the ingredients, add salt, salad dressing, and mustard, mix well, and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to taste better.
