Overview
Bring a burst of sweetness to your lover - does it feel like a beautiful kiss on the lips? Originating from the Piedmont region of northern Italy, these old-fashioned cookies are sweet, light and delicate. If it can be served on an old-fashioned bone china plate, it will look more delicate and grand. The porcelain plate I served it on reduces this perfect feeling, but it is still very pleasing to the eye when looking at it.

Prepare materials;

Beat butter and caster sugar with an electric mixer until pale in color and light in texture;

Gradually add egg yolks, almond flour and flour to the butter mixture in small amounts to form a soft dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees;

Take out the dough, knead it into 40 small balls with your hands, and place them on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper, with a distance of 5 cm between each ball;

Place in the preheated oven, middle layer, with upper and lower heat, bake for 20 minutes, watch carefully until the surface of the ball turns golden brown;

Baked balls, cool;

Chop the chocolate and heat it over hot water to melt;

Small cookie balls are put in groups of 2, with melted chocolate filling in the middle;
