As a tomato fanatic, how could I not have eaten this dish~ I just came back from four days in Guilin. Guilin is close to Hunan and the food is spicy. I buy fresh chopped peppers everywhere on the street. But after all, I don’t usually eat spicy food. When I came back, I wanted to eat something sour and sour. I didn’t want to eat spicy food anymore. This dish does not add sugar, salt or vinegar. Just put a tomato and it is super delicious~
