Homemade quick dish---fried bacon with broccoli
Overview
I made a stir-fried sausage with cauliflower before, and today I made a stir-fried bacon with broccoli. The family especially loves broccoli and cauliflower. They have a similar texture, with the broccoli being slightly softer, and the gentleman in the family particularly likes both of them. Generally, I add bacon or sausage to make it taste better and heavier. Also add a little bit of chili. Friends who like it may wish to try it.

Steps
-
Cut the broccoli into pieces and soak in salt water to wash away the dust and bugs on the surface of the flowers
-
Ingredients preparation: broccoli, bacon, green and red peppers, minced garlic, green onions, peppercorns. Forgot to prepare peppercorns here!
-
Add oil and minced garlic
-
Add appropriate amount of pepper
-
Stir-fry the pepper until fragrant and add the bacon
-
Stir-fry the bacon to remove the oil, then pour in the light soy sauce
-
Add broccoli
-
You don’t need to fry the broccoli until it becomes wilted. Just stir-fry it for a few times and then add the green and red peppers
-
Stir fry and add salt
-
Pour in a small amount of water as broccoli absorbs oil. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while to make the broccoli taste more delicious.
-
Finally add onions
-
The deliciousness of broccoli and the aroma of bacon are a perfect match.
