Whole pineapple baked rice
Overview
It’s a good season to eat pineapples, which are fragrant and sweet. After trying eating them directly, squeezing juice, and making pineapple pie, I tried pineapple baked rice for the first time. It was a great success. Because the size of the pineapple is limited, all the fried rice could not be put into the pineapple. But it happened to be a contrast. The rice baked in the pineapple obviously has the sweetness of the pineapple. It was so delicious that I, a standard foodie, wanted to cry...

Steps
-
One pineapple, wash the outer skin. It is best not to choose one that is too ripe. The flesh of the pineapple is too soft and broken, and there is too much juice
-
Cut it in two-thirds so that the space in the pineapple bowl will be larger
-
Scoop out the pineapple flesh. I used a tool for scooping out ice cream balls. If you don’t have one, you can also use a knife or spoon

Hollow out all

Pineapple meat and pineapple bowl are ready

Dice the carrots and onions, and dice the corn after cooking. Add oil and fry these ingredients first. Add a small amount of salt and tomato sauce, then add rice and fry, and finally add pineapple. (The ingredients picture and the frying process were not taken, but everyone is so smart and knows it, hehe)

In order to cater to the flavor of pineapple rice, dinner is served in a Western style, with potato salad and teriyaki chicken steak.
