My husband was temporarily busy, so I was the only one eating, and I really didn’t want to cook. I saw there were two cold steamed buns in the refrigerator, so I fried them to save trouble

  1. Cut the cold steamed buns into thin slices of about 1 cm to 1.5 cm

  2. Beat two eggs and add some sugar, then put the steamed buns in and coat them with egg liquid

  3. Pour a little oil into the pot, turn on low heat until it is five minutes hot, add the steamed buns wrapped in egg liquid, until both sides are slightly browned
