I can make more and more delicacies from the store. Eating at home is both hygienic and saves money. How can I not be happy? The large pieces of fat beef, alternately fat and thin, with a mouth-watering aroma, are steaming and sizzling on the oven. They turn from red to brown so attractively that you can't help but swallow your saliva just looking at them. I like to cut it into small pieces after roasting, add candied garlic slices, wrap the whole thing with lettuce and stuff it into my mouth.   1. Let the frozen beef sit at room temperature until softened.
