Overview
Abalone Abalone is one of the precious marine treasures. The meat is tender, fresh but not greasy. It is rich in nutrients, clear and rich in flavor. It is delicious when cooking and making soups. Abalone meat contains Xianlingsu I and Baolingsu II, which have a strong inhibitory effect on cancer cells. I like to eat abalone because of its crisp and tender texture.

Prepare the ingredients, slaughter and clean the abalone, and chop the garlic

Boil water in a steamer and add abalone after the water boils. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes. Steam for 3 minutes.

While the abalone is steaming, adjust the sauce, heat oil in a cold pan, stir-fry minced garlic, turn on low heat, add light soy sauce, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
