Mix all the dough ingredients except butter and knead into a smooth dough. Add butter and continue kneading until the expansion stage can pull out a stronger translucent film

Put it into a container, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in an environment of 25-28 degrees for basic fermentation

Ferment until doubled in size

Take out the fermented dough and press to deflate it

Fold the top, bottom, left and right sides into a square shape, and relax for ten minutes

Roll it into a rectangular shape (about 20*35)

Spread a layer of softened butter on the surface

As shown in the figure, use a wheel cutter to divide it into four strips

Sprinkle some chopped brown sugar on three of them

Just stack them up one after another

Cut into 12 equal parts

Just put in 12 consecutive molds

Place it in an environment with a temperature of 38 degrees and a humidity of about 75% and finally ferment until it doubles in size

Spray water on the surface and sprinkle some crispy chips

Place in a fully preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
