Ingredients: 100g butter, 80g cake flour, 10g milk powder, 30g milk, 20g egg white, 50g sugar, 15g brown sugar, 50g raisins, 1/2 tsp baking powder, appropriate amount of rum

Soak raisins and rum for more than 1 hour

Soften the butter, add flour, milk powder and baking powder and stir into a paste
