Fresh Orange Steamed Egg
Overview
In addition to apples, oranges, and pears, the most common autumn seasonal fruits are bright yellow oranges. Oranges are sweet and sour and rich in vitamin C. They can be eaten directly or squeezed into juice. In fact, in addition to being eaten directly and juiced, oranges can also be used for cooking. I remember that I made steamed oranges with salt before to relieve my cough. The taste was really hard to describe, it was so unpleasant. This time, let’s eat it differently and make orange-flavored egg custard. There are two ways to make fresh orange steamed eggs: the first is to squeeze the orange juice and mix it with the egg liquid, put it into an orange cup and steam it together. The other method is to scoop out the orange flesh and eat it, mix the egg liquid with an appropriate amount of milk, then pour it into the orange cup and steam it until cooked. Today we will make the first one, beat the orange pulp into orange juice, filter out the pulp residue, mix it with the egg liquid, put it into an orange cup and steam it until cooked. The finished product of fresh orange steamed eggs is creamy yellow in color, soft and tender, and the strong orange flavor is completely penetrated into the egg custard.
