【Tiramisu】Simple version take me away

The ingredients are what I usually use when making cakes, some of them are unused! Please ignore!

Cut the finger cakes into the same length

You can place them in the mold in advance, or you can place the biscuits after they are ready

I used 30g of white coffee, add 100ml of boiling water and brew it. Leave it to cool for a while and add 30g of coffee wine and stir

Beat the egg yolks and set aside

Put sugar and water into a pot and bring to a boil

Add the egg mixture to the cheese one at a time and continue to mix

Whisk until textured

Slowly pour the cream into the cheese and stir evenly with a spatula

Dip biscuits into coffee (do not soak)

Spread biscuits dipped in coffee as a base

Pour in the whipped cream (there is also a layer of coffee-soaked finger crumbs in the middle) and continue pouring the cream on top

Put it in the refrigerator for half a day, then take it out and sift over the chocolate powder
