Materials are ready.
-
Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the sago and bring to a boil. Change to medium to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent the sago from sticking to the bottom of the pot. When the sago is almost transparent and occasionally has a slight white core, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with clean water to wash away the mucus, and then soak in cold water. (If there is still white core in it, you can put it in the pot and cook it again until it is transparent.)
-
Wash the sago again and filter out the water. (If you want to eat it cold, add a layer of plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for a while)
-
Peel and core the mango, cut into dices and put into a small bowl for later use.
-
Put the sago into the bottom of the cup, add an appropriate amount of white sugar, add coconut milk, and stir evenly.
-
Finally add the diced mango.

Finished product. It tastes great, enjoy!
