Baked pumpkin with salted egg yolk
Overview
This baked pumpkin with salted egg yolk is a dish with a high click-through rate in the restaurant. There are two ways to make it. One is to fry the pumpkin, and the other is to blanch it in water. Both are particularly delicious. I am afraid of getting fat and the oil is too much, so I made the second method today. Check it out if you like:

Peel the pumpkin and cut into strips as thick as your fingers.

Boil water in a pot, add some salt to the water, add pumpkin strips, when cooked, remove and control the water and set aside.

When eight ripe, remove and control water and set aside.

Crush the egg yolk, add a little cooking wine and microwave for 2 minutes.

Add a little bit of oil to the pan, and when it’s hot, add the egg yolk

Stir-fry the egg yolk until oil comes out

Add pumpkin

Just stir fry evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on plate.
