Overview
It's autumn, and I'm craving for fried food. Although I know it's healthier to eat less oil, I can't help but choose shiitake mushrooms. Shiitake mushrooms are rich in vitamin B complex, iron, potassium, provitamin D (converted into vitamin D after exposure to sunlight), sweet in taste, and neutral in nature.
