Crystal Vegetable Sandwich
Overview
This is a sandwich that combines Chinese and Western styles. It uses Western-style toast and is filled with pure Chinese-style vegetable crystal jelly. Since the toast I made myself has very little sugar, I can’t taste the sweetness at all, so I paired it with salty vegetable skin jelly and it basically tastes like Chinese food. I just eat the toast as a steamed bun, haha

Add pork rinds, meat ingredients and salt, cook in pressure cooker j for 15 minutes

Then take out the pig skin

Take the required amount of skin freezing solution.

Blanch the diced carrots and put them at the bottom of the container together with the diced cucumbers

Pour in the skin freezing liquid until the thickness is about 1 cm, then place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to solidify.

Cut the toast in half first, then remove the edges,

Take out the vegetable jelly and cut it into the same size as the toast
