Spaghetti with Tomato Bolognese Sauce
Overview
I didn’t know the story, but I saw a guest doing it on a variety show and thought it was great, so I remembered it. I think the meat in the sauce is delicious.

Prepare the required ingredients. I forgot to take the minced pork in the picture, so remember not to miss it.

Chop onions and dice tomatoes.

Pour water into the pot, add salt to the water and cook the noodles. After the noodles are cooked, put some oil in the pot to prevent sticking.

Set aside.

Add oil to the wok and sauté the onions till fragrant. When the onions are soft, add the diced tomatoes. After the juices are released, add the minced pork and stir-fry twice with salt. Then pour in the red wine and simmer the sauce until the juice is reduced. (I forgot to take a detailed picture. It is very important to follow the order mentioned above. Do not reverse it, otherwise the taste will not be right).

Pour the sauce over the noodles.
