Homemade strawberry jam
Overview
Now is the season for strawberries. They looked cheap and fresh, so I bought a lot. I couldn’t finish them all at once, so I made some jam and made some ice cream. After all, there are no additives, it’s just fresh jam, and it tastes so good! !

Prepare the ingredients.

Remove the stems from the strawberries and process them cleanly.

Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces, it doesn’t matter if they are larger or smaller.

Put it in the pot and add sugar.

Simmer over medium-low heat, and a lot of soup will appear after a while.
