Wash and steam the taro.

Peel off the skin.

Saute ginger and garlic for three minutes.

Add taro and stir-fry for 5 minutes and add rice wine.

Add the rice and continue frying for five minutes.

Add cabbage and stir-fry for three minutes.

Add salt, pineapple and sesame oil before serving.
