Date paste and yam cake is a delicacy in "A Dream of Red Mansions" and was a tonic taken by Qin Keqing when he was ill. Date mud yam cake is easy to digest and tastes sweet.

Steps

1. 1 Boil half a pot of water, add yam and steam for 20 minutes

   

2. 2 Steam red dates for 20 minutes
