After thawing the chicken wings, cut one chicken wing into 3 pieces

Put the chicken wings and ginger slices under cold water

Bring the water to a boil over high heat, remove the chicken wings, and turn off the heat

Take out the chicken wings and wash them once in cold water

Catch and set aside

Heat the pan and add oil. Don’t use too much oil. Pick up the pan and shake it evenly

Put the chicken wings down

Fry until golden brown on both sides
