Dried rice and kidney beans
Overview

Soak the sea rice in water for a while.

Wash the kidney beans, select and cut them.

Put water in the pot and boil. Blanch the kidney beans. About 5 minutes. Time cannot be short. Uncooked kidney beans can be poisonous.

Pour oil into the pot. Add minced onion, minced ginger and garlic.

Stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add dried shrimps.

Fry the dried shrimps until they change color slightly. Add kidney beans and stir-fry. Pour in the water used to soak the sea rice. Add appropriate amount of salt. You don’t need to add chicken essence. The sea rice water is very fresh. Stir fry for a while and then serve.
