Overview

I once made twist sticks, which were deep-fried and original. But thinking about the fumes coming out of the frying pan, I felt a little resistant, so I thought that the chicken legs could be baked crispy, so would this twist stick work too? Hahaha, it's really good, not greasy at all, and very crispy and thick.

  1. Melt butter at room temperature, add honey and caster sugar and beat until pale. (Ignore the process diagram because I made a mistake.)
