Twist stick
Overview
I once made twist sticks, which were deep-fried and original. But thinking about the fumes coming out of the frying pan, I felt a little resistant, so I thought that the chicken legs could be baked crispy, so would this twist stick work too? Hahaha, it's really good, not greasy at all, and very crispy and thick.

Melt butter at room temperature, add honey and caster sugar and beat until pale. (Ignore the process diagram because I made a mistake.)

Add egg liquid in portions and beat.

Add sifted flour and black sesame seeds.

Stir into a dough.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a long strip.

Fold the long strip in half and twist it into a twist.

Then fold it in half and roll it into a very beautiful twist to take shape.
