Hericium big bone soup
Overview
One of the dishes for Mother's Day dinner was a delicious soup. Finally celebrated Mother's Day, it was the first time, so I had a small celebration.

Soak Hericium erinaceus in advance.

Soak the wolfberries in advance.

Put the bones into the pot, add cooking wine and bring to a boil, then remove and wash.

Put the washed bones into the pressure cooker, add cooking wine and appropriate amount of ginger slices. Bring to a boil and continue cooking for 15 minutes.

During the cooking process, tear the hericium into small florets and cut the potatoes into cubes.

After the bones are cooked, add the sliced potatoes and Hericium mushrooms to the soup.

Add the wolfberries and soaking water to the bone broth.

Cover, cook for 5 minutes, and season with salt.
