This radish is simple and quick to make, crispy and refreshing, with an appropriate amount of white vinegar or rice vinegar added. The radish eaten raw has the effects of appetizing, digesting and moisturizing the lungs.

Clean the radish. If you don't like the skin, you can remove it.

Shred the radish.

Chop red pepper and coriander.

Add rice vinegar and salt to shredded radish and knead well. Leave for about 5 minutes.

Remove the marinated water and add red pepper shreds and coriander segments. Mix well and serve.
