Homemade Kumquat Sauce~Kumquat Honey Rock Sugar Tea Sauce
Overview
I bought two kilograms of kumquats at home and ate them myself. My family didn’t like to eat them. I couldn’t finish them so I made kumquat tea sauce with them. I dipped them in bread and diluted them with water. It was very good! Kumquat moistens the lungs and relieves cough!

Put the kumquats in a container and soak them in salt overnight (1-2 hours is fine). I soaked them overnight

Cut everything in half and pull out the seeds

Put the kumquats into a pot with all other ingredients except honey and bring to a boil over high heat. Leave on low heat for 20 minutes

Add honey in the middle and continue to simmer

Cook until it becomes thick and transparent

Pack it up and eat as you go!
