  1. Wash and cut spinach into segments

  3. Boil water in a pot, add spinach and blanch it. This will remove 80% of the oxalic acid in the spinach

  4. Add additional water to the pot, pour in the meatballs, cook until the meatballs float, add spinach and wolfberry, bring to a boil again, add cooking wine, salt, and a little light soy sauce to taste
