Stir-fried snow peas and lilies
Overview
Today I made a light side dish called Snow Peas and Stir-fried Lily. It is a quick stir-fry dish. Although it is simple, it completely retains the original flavor of the ingredients. It is delicious and healthy. And the lily I chose is fresh lily from Lanzhou, which is in season now and a good ingredient not to be missed. Lily is also the flower of Lanzhou lily, but the flowers are dry.

Break open fresh Lanzhou lilies

Break it into pieces

Wash the surface soil

Wash and cut snow peas into sections

Wash dried lilies

Boil in boiling water for about 3 minutes until soft and remove

Pour tea seed oil into the wok and sauté the onion and ginger slices

Pour in snow peas, lilies, and lily flowers and stir-fry quickly for half a minute. Add salt, sugar and fruit vinegar to taste

Continue to stir-fry for about 1 minute and it is ready to serve
