You can make dried radish as soon as you have a food dryer. Finally found a suitable candidate. That’s it, the big radish bought in a Korean store.

Slice and place in an air dryer to dry. This artifact invented by foreigners has really solved the troubles of many urbanites. They can now make the same food they used to eat in their hometown at any time.

Prepare the materials, freshly pound and freshly kang the peppercorns. The chili noodles use spicebarn's extra spicy.

After 6 hours of low-temperature dehydration, this is the finished product of dried radish.

Marinate with paprika, peppercorns, salt and white wine to re-infuse the dehydrated radish with flavor.

Seal with plastic wrap. After two weeks in the refrigerator, it's done.
