Taro Bacon Salad
Overview
The steamed taro is soft and glutinous, the fried bacon rolls are chewy, the diced carrots and cucumbers are crispy, and paired with the rich kewpie-flavored salad dressing, it tastes great!

Wash the taro, scrape off the skin, cut into strips, and place on a plate

Steam for 15 minutes

When steaming taro, wash half a cucumber and half a carrot and dice them

Cut the bacon rolls into 1.5cm thick sections

Take the steamed taro out of the pot and let it cool

Put the bacon rolls and diced carrots into the pan, stir-fry over low heat until cooked, turn off the heat and let cool slightly before use

Pour the taro strips and diced cucumber into the frying pan

Add roasted sesame flavored salad dressing according to taste

Mix well

Put into bowl
