Fried potato chips with two peppers

Peel the potatoes, cut into strips, and wash away the starch.

Cut the carrots into shreds, remove the seeds from the red and green peppers and cut them into strips.

Cut onions into sections and garlic into small pieces.

Put cold water in the pot and add a little salt.

Turn on the heat, pour in the cut potato strips, and cook until cooked. (Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes)

Soak potatoes cooked until they are 7 ripe in cold water, then drain.

Heat a pan, add lard or peanut oil, and add garlic.

Then put the shredded carrots and red and green peppers into the wok and stir-fry a few times.

Now add the potato strips and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked.

Finally add green onions, salt and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
