Salmon with beans and rice

I don’t like green beans, and I don’t really like salmon. . . This 20cm cast iron pan has become my go-to tool for cooking food at home. One pot rice solves all these foods ohyeah

Add some swastika soy sauce, salt and black pepper to marinate the salmon

Appropriate amount of rice, add small potato pieces and green beans, add water

Open the lid and cook over medium heat until no water is visible

Use a spoon to stir and mix. You can find that the rice is not very cooked. It doesn't matter. It will be cooked later

First put the salmon just into the wok and fry it

Once cooked, it can be easily chopped

Put them on top of the previously uncooked rice, add some chicken stock (water is also acceptable), and close the lid over low heat. When you hear the gurgling sound of water gradually getting quieter, turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes, then you can eat
