Steps

  1. Wash the ingredients, peel them, steam them and set aside

  2. Mash the steamed purple sweet potato and add the prepared cassava flour, stir evenly. Do the same for sweet potato and taro as for purple sweet potato.

  3. Add a little water and knead until the dough is smooth.

  4. Roll the dough into a long strip

  5. Cut the long strips into small pieces and set aside

  6. Boil water in a pot until it boils, then pour in the taro balls and cook until they float, take them out and put them in cold water.

  7. Finally add coconut milk.
