I am worried that the pudding sold in the store has various additives, so I take the time to make it myself for the sake of my baby’s health. In fact, the pudding is super simple and does not need to be complicated

I only choose egg yolks because I think egg whites will smell fishy when added to milk. If you have some essence or lemon juice at home, you can also use whole eggs directly

Add white sugar or appropriate amount of powdered sugar to the egg yolks, stir gently, do not beat

Find a container that can be heated, pour the milk in first, and heat it evenly to about 40 degrees

Pour the light cream into the milk and stir well

After sifting, pour the liquid into the pudding bottle/pudding bowl and steam it in a steamer (I made a mistake today and steamed it directly with the bottle cap closed. After taking it out of the pot, the cap shrank and became unusable). Seal it with plastic wrap for about 10 to 15 minutes
