Quinoa Walnut Crispy
Overview
Ever since I embarked on the path of no return, baking, I have been experimenting with new flavors at home and eating them as nutritiously as possible. Quinoa pastry powder is ground from white quinoa. Quinoa has high protein content and is very nutritious. Walnut kernels contain more protein and unsaturated fatty acids necessary for human nutrition. These ingredients are important substances in the metabolism of brain tissue cells and can nourish brain cells and enhance brain function. Combine the two into one and make a quinoa walnut crisp that is loved by children and adults alike.
