Pumpkin Tremella Soup

The pumpkin is sweet and the white fungus is crisp. Tasting it after a meal makes people intoxicated.

Soak the white fungus in cold water for 30 minutes until fully soaked

Wash the melon and remove the seeds

Boiled peas

Put the pumpkin in the electric pressure cooker and simmer until cooked

Use a spoon to scoop out the pumpkin puree

Put a small bowl of water in the pot and bring to a boil

Add some salt, add pumpkin puree, use the back of a spoon to twist the pumpkin puree evenly, bring to a boil again, and add sugar. Add white fungus before serving

Take out of the pan and sprinkle peas on the surface to garnish
