Carrot sweet orange juice
Overview
Carrots are a common ingredient in my home. Many people say they don’t eat carrots, but carrots are really good ingredients. Their rich vitamin A is very helpful in protecting the skin. Before I was pregnant with my firstborn, I didn’t eat carrots. Later, a friend told me that it would be good for the baby to have some carrots. From then on, I let carrots enter my diet. Now my family has also fallen in love with carrots, and when the weather gets hot, my children say they want to drink carrot juice. I will also use a juicer to squeeze a portion of carrot juice for my children every two days. Sometimes when I get tired of eating and drinking the original flavor, I will mix it with other fruits. Just like today, I paired it with sweet orange. The taste is really much better this way.
