Ingredients
Steps
-
First cut 5 small garlic cloves into minced garlic, and cut the onions into minced pieces. Cut and set aside for later use.
-
Brush the mud off the abalone shell with a brush, and use a knife to peel off the abalone meat and shell intact.
-
Put the abalone shell in a bowl of water and soak it to remove any dirt.
-
Remove the internal organs and dirt from the abalone meat, wash it and put it in a bowl. Soak a small bunch of vermicelli in water until soft, then cut into small pieces, then continue to soak in water and set aside.
-
Take the abalone shell out of the water and shake it dry. Turn a small section of vermicelli into a circle and place it in an abalone shell.
-
Cut the abalone meat into flower shapes horizontally and vertically with a knife
-
Cut the flower-shaped abalone meat and place it on top of the vermicelli.
-
In the pan, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, heat it slightly over low heat, then put the minced garlic and green onions together and saute until fragrant. Then pour 2-3 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce (I like to use the brand of Misda), stir-fry until it becomes a onion-garlic sauce.
-
Set up another boiler, put water and steam plate in the boiler, and boil the water over high fire. Then put the abalone on the steaming plate, and pour the onion and garlic sauce just cooked on top of the abalone. Cover the pot and continue steaming over high heat for 5-8 minutes
-
You're done! It’s really delicious! The onion and garlic are fragrant, and the fishy smell of abalone is removed. The abalone meat is tender and delicious. Very delicious~

I ate all 6 abalones in one go. Now I go to the vegetable market to buy small abalones, which are not expensive. I only bought 6 of them for 20 yuan.
