Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients in the picture, wash and chop the duck meat into pieces.
-
Cut the ingredients as shown in the picture
-
Add duck meat, ginger slices, and white wine to the pot and stir-fry. (No need to add oil, dry fry)
-
Water will come out during the frying process. Simmer the water and set aside.
-
Add oil to the pot, add chili and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Pour in sour ginger, sour chili, and sour onions. (Don’t put lemons in at this time. Lemons will become bitter if cooked for a long time)
-
After stir-frying for about 1 minute, pour in the fried duck meat, add salt, sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and fermented bean curd to taste
-
Pour in the beer, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat.
-
When there is still a little soup left in the simmer, add lemon and stir-fry over high heat until the juice is reduced.
