Chocolate Nut Cookies
Overview
I don’t play much with baking, but there are a few snacks that my friends will never forget. Just like this chocolate nut cookie, the aroma of chocolate and almond blend together, and the rich buttery aroma and crispy texture are unforgettable. This cookie is made entirely by hand, no decorating is required, no molds are required, and even novices can easily make it. Each time, I made a large batch, but every time I was swept away. After you taste it, you have to pack it up and take it away. Every time I want to send a souvenir to a friend, I make this chocolate nut cookie.

Steps
-
Get the chocolate beans ready.
-
Prepare almonds.
-
Crush the almonds with a rolling pin.
-
Sift cake flour and baking soda.
-
Get the sugar ready.
-
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance and let it soften at room temperature.
-
Add sugar and beat with a whisk until light and feathery.
-
Add cake flour and baking soda to the whipped butter.
-
Add chopped almonds and chocolate chips.
-
Use a rubber spatula to mix the cookie batter until there is no dry powder.
-
Use a spoon to grab a small piece of biscuit batter, flatten it slightly with the palm of your hand (about 2-3mm thick), and place it on a baking sheet lined with tin foil, leaving a little space.
-
Put the baking sheet into the preheated oven, heat up and down to 190°C for about 15 minutes, bake the surface until golden brown (check at any time, if the surface of the biscuits begins to color, you must cover the biscuits with tin foil), seal and store after cooling.
