Prepare the homemade sweet and spicy sauce, which is included in my recipe. This time the sauce is a bit thin

A piece of pork, cut into pinky-thick strips, put in a bowl and set aside

Add starch, light soy sauce, and salt to the meat strips and mix for two minutes
