Polenta and vegetable porridge

Polenta and vegetable porridge

Overview

This is a quick whole grain porridge that can be made in 10 minutes. I ate it for the first time when I went to Yuzi’s father’s hometown. Every family’s porridge is like this. White rice porridge is rarely eaten, and it is eaten by both young and old. Mommy Yuzi fell in love with it the first time she ate it. Babies over 7 months old can try this porridge, and even more so when they don’t have enough time. Yuzi's cornmeal is crushed from the corn grown by Yuzu at home. You can make this kind of polenta porridge just like you can buy commercially available cornmeal. Cornmeal can not only be used to steam steamed buns and make pancakes, but it can also be used to cook porridge!
