Peel and wash the green radish.

Grind into coarse threads.

Pour boiling water into the pot, add cold water and put it in a large bowl.

Add chopped green onion.

Ground ginger.

Beat in 2 eggs.

Add thirteen spices and pepper.

Stir well.

Add small crispy meat powder and mix well.

Pour oil into the pan and heat it up. Try to see if there are small bubbles around the chopsticks to fry the meatballs.
