Remove the stems and edges of the sweet pea pods → cut the carrots into thin strips → cut the dried mushrooms and black fungus into thin strips → cut the corn shoots lengthwise into 2 sections → peel and slice the garlic.

Blanch the sweet pea pods in boiling water for 3 minutes until they turn green.

Remove and soak in cold water → until completely cooled.

Heat oil in a wok → add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

Add carrots and stir-fry until soft.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add black fungus and corn shoots and stir-fry evenly.

Add the sweet pea pods and stir-fry evenly → Add ingredient B and stir-fry until the soup dries up.
